Ottawa Summer Wedding at Le Belvedere in Gatineau - Brittany & Alex
Le Belvedere is hands down one of my favorite wedding venues in Ottawa. With its gorgeous ceremony setup overlooking the hills of Wakefield and beautiful trails perfect for the bridal photos, it sure is one of the top choices for every couple in Ottawa.
Brittany and Alex chose Le belvedere as their wedding venue and they planned all the details beautifully. This wedding was simply, elegant, picturesque and dreamy with its gorgeous details: unique blooming florals, sequin bridesmaid dresses, parents and bridesmaids first look, Wakefield mountains ceremony backdrop et the belvedere etc …
You might remember Brittany and Alex from their gorgeous Quebec City Engagement photos published here on the blog. They have an amazing dynamic and their love really stands out in the photos. They are also very laid-back couple who braved the rain forecast and still held their ceremony outdoors despite Le Belvedere offering an indoor ceremony space. And what a great decision that was! The ceremony backdrop was just magnificent.

Brittany got ready at the special bridal suite at the Belvedere which is extremely convenient thanks to its proximity to the venue. I loved the customized invitation suite that I had the chance to style on flat lays with the beautiful bridal bouquet by Pollen Nation.
The bridesmaids wore gorgeous sequin dresses and had a lovely first look with Brittany where she gifted them cute earrings as thank-you. This wedding also has the cutest flower girl, also in a sequin dress and the cutest bunny ears headband.

Alex and his groomsman got ready at a hotel in downtown Ottawa and then drove the Belvedere in Wakefield for their groomsman group photos before the ceremony started.
I cannot find the words to describe how gorgeous the view from the Belvedere wedding ceremony setup is. So, I will let the photos speak for themselves.
After the ceremony, we took few moments for family photos, followed by bridal party photos. After that, with Brittany and Alex, we walked away from the crowds for few intimate bridal photos taking advantage of the beautiful space at the Belvedere and the gorgeous views of Wakefield
The Wedding Cocktail took place outside on the terrace while we did the couple’s photos and then we moved inside for a fun party at the gorgeously decorated venue at the Belvedere, Pollen Nation’s Florals just made it more magnificent
You might have noticed that I included in this blog post many more photos than I usually do. This simply because the Belvedere is one of the most picturesque wedding venues in Ottawa and with all the thoughtful and gorgeous details the couple put together, I just couldn’t choose any smaller collection of photos.
