When Amanda first called me to tell me about her engagement party, I knew right away that I wanted to be there to document it; I absolutely did not want to miss the custom made center pieces, custom wedding favors, DIY decor and sweet table with rustique wedding cake...

 Amanda and Stefano held this intimate engagement party with their closest friends and family at Industria Brasserie Italienne in Griffintown. This lovely Italian bar with its wooden decor and large glass windows was the perfect place to complement the DIY theme.

The guests had a blast starting with the lovely cocktail and appetizers , were welcomed with custom made wine bottle favors with the couple's initials, Italian five course meal and to wrap it all up a full sweet table with desserts brought in by all family members and a custom Rustique Pie Fruit Naked Cake as the star of the table. 

I love the place and the lighting so much that I planned with the bride to be to hold an a wine bar themed engagement photoshoot (Photos coming soon) right before the party started.
