Eliza & Salman’s Engagement Photoshoot at the Canadian Museum of History in Ottawa
After Eliza and Salman booked me for their wedding and we started discussing the locations for their engagement shoot, it was clear that we needed to include some iconic Ottawa skyline views in their pre-wedding photo session. Ottawa has several beautiful locations for photo shoots, but for the best skyline views, there is no better place than the Canadian Museum of History.
As a photographer, this is also one of my favorite locations for engagement photos in Ottawa; it has a gorgeous view on the parliament and Alexandra bridge. It also features lakefront views, gorgeous textured rocks on the building itself and various vegetation that adds beautiful texture to the photos. We simply could not go wrong by starting their engagement shoot at the Canadian Museum of History. I say starting because there is also part 2! keep reading until the end to find out where it was.
For the outfits, Eliza chose a very elegant look featuring lace detailed white top with blue jeans and black heels. This was perfectly coordinated with Salman’s blue suit.
We spent the better part of the afternoon together exploring the different parts of the Canadian museum of history. The photos speak for themselves, but I simply could not stop snapping photos of Salman and Eliza. Eliza simply has the best smile and the chemistry between the two was just perfect. I had to only give minimal cues to get the most candid and loving reactions from them.
