From the moment Kelsey and Shane reached out to me, it was evident from their first email that they would be great to work with. They were looking for candid moments and fun photographs that reflect their personality and you know that is just my jam.
Planning the engagement shoot locations and outfits was so much fun as Kelsey had tons of amazing ideas that reflect their relationship dynamics perfectly. We ended up choosing one of their favourite pubs in Byward Market with a gorgeous Guinness Mural (you can see that part of their engagement photos here) and for the more casual part of the shoot, we headed to Rideau Canal lock station for sunset photos with gorgeous fall leaves colors.Kelsey choose casual yet an elegant outfit; The knit dress was perfectly cosy for the fall breeze of October and the heels elevated the look. The complete look was perfect and complemented the colors of the leaves just as they started changing.
